Briana is a myofascial massage therapist with over a decade of experience and a psychology background rooted in the biopsychosocial model of pain. Certified in corrective exercise and trained across five schools of barefoot massage, she leads instructor education at Align, translating biomechanics into practical, human-centered movement for clients and instructors alike.

Brooke brings a calm, confident energy to every class, creating an environment that is both motivating and approachable, with a playful edge. With a focus on intentional sequencing and clear, meaningful cueing, she helps clients move with purpose, build strength, and lean into the challenge. A longtime group fitness enthusiast, Brooke is passionate about the room’s collective energy and about creating a space where clients feel supported, connected, and stronger than when they arrived.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Chaya creates classes that feel empowering and refined, with just the right amount of energy, connection, and killer playlists that make working out feel like a party. Shaped by her own healing journey, she believes deeply in the power of movement as medicine and community that can change lives. Outside the studio, she is a proud mom of two girls, married to a talented local artist, and works full-time at Blue Cross of Idaho.

Cristina Callaghan
Cristina is known for her constant smile and positive energy, bringing a cheerful and welcoming vibe to every class. As a former gymnast, she developed an early respect for movement and fell in love with the intentionality and mind-body connection this style of fitness creates. She is passionate about building a supportive space where clients can challenge themselves, build confidence, and have fun. Outside of the studio, you can find her traveling, snowboarding, or enjoying long walks to coffee shops around Boise.

Known for her bubbly energy and just the right amount of sass, Haley brings a fun, feel-good vibe to every class. With a background in competitive dance, Haley thrives in high-energy environments and loves turning movement into an experience that feels both powerful and fun. Her passion for fitness goes beyond just the workout. She’s all about creating an atmosphere where you can show up as you are, and feel supported. You’ll leave class feeling empowered, accomplished, and already looking forward to your next class.

As an educator, author, and mom of two, she recognizes the importance of empowering folks to embrace where they are each class with a focus on self-connection.

Molly Nota
Molly is a local librarian who is obsessed with reading and the power of community. She is currently working to bring services to folks who don’t have easy access to library materials. She will soon be overseeing book ordering for her entire library system and is beyond thrilled! When she’s not working as a librarian, she takes cardio-strength classes, hikes, walks, reads extensively (all genres and formats), and chases after her four-year-old and gregarious husband, all while dreaming of adopting a senior pup!

Tsasha Facteau
Known for her positive energy and welcoming spirit, Tsasha brings a lifetime of movement to the studio floor, from nationally ranked gymnastics to Ironman triathlons and marathons. A former personal trainer and stretching specialist, she has a gift for meeting people where they are and building the kind of community clients want to return to.
Align Studio classes are designed for a wide range of fitness levels. Whether you’re new to cardio-strength training or experienced with resistance-based workouts, our instructors guide each class with thoughtful cues and offer both modifications and progressions so you can move with confidence and control.
If you are pregnant, postpartum, or returning after an injury, our team can provide supportive adjustments on the Sculptformer to help you move safely while still experiencing the sculpting, stability-focused benefits of the workout.
Participants must be 16 years or older. Minors require a parent or guardian signed waiver.
Don't let our vibrant downtown location scare you! There are plenty of easy parking options.
Class schedules open a month in advance for Align Members and two weeks in advance for Class Pack holders.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so you can meet your instructor, get a tour of our space, and run through a short demo of the machine. First-timers won't be admitted once class starts — this is for your safety and to ensure the best experience for all clients. If you know you are unable to make your first class, please email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to find another time to Align!
Grip socks are required for all classes. We have plenty for purchase if you need foot inspiration! We also recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in, bring a reusable water bottle for hydration, and a towel for when you break a sweat!
We understand that life happens and schedules can shift. If you're unable to attend class, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 12-hours in advance so we may offer your spot to another client.
Our intention is never to charge fees, but to encourage early cancellations and full classes so our community can move together. We appreciate your understanding and support.
If a spot opens before class, you'll be automatically added and notified via email or text.
Waitlist is first come, first served. Please remove yourself within the applicable cancellation window hours to avoid charges.
We occasionally need to adjust schedules or switch instructors, but rest assured, every instructor is amazing and you're always in great hands!
Members are allowed up to two membership freezes per year. Just email [email protected] to chat and we'll figure out the best solution.
Membership cancellations can be made at any time via a click of a button in our app. All cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
